The Lagos
Intelligence.
Ajala is a high-precision digital twin of the world’s most complex informal transit network. We map what was once considered unmappable.
Our Vision
To become the global operating system for informal transit. We see a future where every commuter in every megacity is empowered by real-time community data.
Our Mission
To build the "Neurological Network" of transit. By merging proprietary Graph Models with community intel, we turn chaotic street knowledge into predictable instructions.
Beyond the
Lagos Grid.
Lagos is our launchpad. It is the most challenging transit environment in the world. Having mastered the Lagos Engine, Ajala is uniquely architected for massive scalability.
Phase 1: Nationwide
Expanding the co-pilot model to Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, and every major transit corridor in Nigeria.
Phase 2: Worldwide
Exporting our proprietary informal-routing logic to megacities across Africa, SE Asia, and Latin America.
Unifying the Data
We are centralizing a multi-billion dollar informal transit economy. Every road report and price update submitted by a Co-Pilot strengthens the Engine's ability to serve the next million users.
The Spirit Behind the Name
Inspired by Olabisi Àjàlá
"Àjàlá travel all over the world..."
In the 1950s, a legendary Lagosian named Olabisi Àjàlá set out on a Vespa to tour the world, eventually visiting 87 countries. He became a global symbol of the restless, adventurous spirit of Lagos.
We named this platform after him because every Lagos commuter is a co-pilot on a journey through a vast, unmapped grid. We built Àjàlá to be the digital engine for your own adventure.
